Food allergies can cause more than an upset stomach, rash, or worse case scenario-anaphylaxis. They can mess with your mind.
It will never cease to amaze me how what we eat or drink affects how we think, feel and act. Just ask a coffee drinker.
But then again, I think sometimes we draw a clear line between mind (mood and behavior) and body and how they are interconnected. What’s important now is that brain experts are making the connection between Food and Mood and they are willing to share their findings with the general public.
