How To Use Music Therapy To Improve Your Health

I was just reading an article on the effects of music therapy on the mind and body. I don’t think there is anyone out there that hasn’t felt the effects of music on their mood, even if they haven’t thought much about it.

Music effects more than just our ears, it has the ability to change and rearrange things within the body that in turn effects the brain, which ultimately effects how we think, feel and act. But of course, it can go in either a positive or a negative direction. The key is to make sure it always has us focus on the positive.
